I roasted 300 grams of Nicaraguan coffee for 20 minutes at the maximum temperature of 240 degrees, followed by 5 minutes of cooling. The results were fantastic! Decent roaster for it’s price. Exactly as described, made couple of roasts , first crack usually after 7 minutes and the total process around 20 min ( for a medium dark roast) .
